A: This all sounds good, but I still don’t see how we can make money.

B: Yes it is a little complicated. Let me give you an example to illustrate what I mean.

A: I’d rather have it explained in detail.

B: Okay, I’ll send you a report this afternoon.

A: 좋은 생각 같긴 한데, 난 아직도 어떻게 자금을 만들지 모르겠어.

B: 맞아 그건 조금 복잡해. 내가 한 얘기가 뭔지 보여주기 위한 예시를 들어볼게.

A: 상세한 설명을 해주는 게 낫겠어.

B: 알겠어. 오늘 오후에 보고서를 보내줄게.

 

illustrate : (책 등에) 삽화를 쓰다[넣다] (설명을 위해 실례도해 등을) 이용하다 (실례도해 등을 이용하여) 분명히 보여주다. 실증하다, 실지로 보여주다.
